Works

• Maintain trusted relationships with the most complex and critical assigned Allied clients, resulting in a 100% retention rate of current and future accounts. • Meet assigned targets for growth in current accounts. • Develop new relationships that result in successful additions to our client roster. • Gather and track feedback from clients and create reports on the health of relationships and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with leadership on the Allied Advocate teams to improve standing with clients through higher quantity and quality of placements. • Proactively identify and offer solutions to barriers for growth in our accounts and placements.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of experience in Nursing or Allied healthcare staffing, either in Account Management or Recruitment
  • Experience operating within a VMS
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships and growing a book of business within Allied healthcare
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write reports, create presentations and communication skills with the ability to hold challenging conversations
