Clinical Program Director

• Attend meetings in-person in the Chicagoland area, as needed • Approximately 85% work responsibilities are virtual/remote and 15% work responsibilities are in-person • Lead day-to-day operational initiatives within a small special education school program • Support school-wide initiatives in special education • Drive change by working alongside staff and students to improve academic and behavioral achievement and support the overall learning environment • Assist in Leading the school by building high-performing teams and responsibly managing work and people while enlisting others in the school's vision • Employ data-based decision-making regarding multidisciplinary collaboration, functional behavior assessments and behavioral approaches • Build leadership to help students succeed effectively • Develop positive behavioral and academic interventions • Monitor student progress and evaluations, program evaluations, and consult with educational staff, parents, and other professionals • Work remotely while logged-in during the entirety of your shift • Ensure all IEPs are entered into the district systems • Review all clinical documentation in students IEP’s • Supervises the day-to-day operations of all clinical staff members • Ensures all clinical minutes are being met • Inputs related services into MSIS for all disciples • Run all IEP meetings

Job Requirements

  • Only ONE of the following Licenses/Certifications is required: Certified School Social Worker (IL PEL Certificate), IL MSW with LSW, IL LCSW, IL LCPC, IL LPC
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong consultative and data analysis abilities
  • Creative thinker who can develop a wide range of interventions meeting the needs of a diverse student population
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
