The Opportunity We are hiring a Senior Technical Sourcer to drive high-impact outbound talent generation across the company, with a primary focus on Senior Software Engineering profiles. This role will also support adjacent technical and business functions including Product, Operations, and IT. This is a sourcing-first role. You will be responsible for building high-quality pipelines for senior and highly specialized talent in fast-moving environments. We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and unafraid to experiment with new sourcing strategies beyond traditional channels. The ideal candidate brings a blend of startup agility and Tier 1 company rigor, either in-house or through RPO support.
