• Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns tailored to North American markets to support demand generation and sales pipeline. • Plan and manage regional marketing programs, including first-party events, third-party sponsorships, webinars, virtual roundtables, paid media, direct mail, and partner marketing initiatives ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI. • Drive account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, working closely with sales to engage high-value accounts with targeted initiatives. • Align with sales and Business Development teams, providing localized content, event support, and lead follow-up strategies to optimize conversion rates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, partner marketing, and product marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and execution. • Analyze and report on marketing performance, tracking key metrics to measure event success and campaign impact. • Track regional budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing impact and maintaining accuracy in reporting. • Travel 2-3 times per quarter to attend and manage events, meet with sales teams, and support field activations.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS with a proven ability to drive pipeline through regional marketing efforts.
- Strong event planning and execution skills, with experience managing in-person and virtual events.
- ABM experience, with a track record of executing personalized marketing strategies for key accounts.
- Familiarity with tools like SFDC, Gong, Demandbase, and other marketing automation platforms to track and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to measure success and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
