• Work on the core application and several supporting microservices • Implement features and take full ownership from start to finish • Suggest ideas and validate them with data • Build solutions with team support and run A/B tests

• Design and implement software front-end and full stack application enhancements and maintenance • Participates in iteration and release planning • Adheres to core design and testing principles • Understands and interprets detailed technical specifications • Follows and updates the design specifications as needed • Learns and follow standards, processes and procedures • Authors supporting documentation • Prepares own work for inclusion in the release/deployment management process • Participates in peer technical reviews • Troubleshoots identified problems and provides support and follow-up for issues • Completes assigned design tasks within the time allotted • Mentors Software Developers: Responsible for the quality of work that the team members perform • Coordinates with other IT and business teams • Trains other developers on standards, policies, and procedures • Supports Software Applications: Coordinates issue resolution process

• Develop and architect robust front-end applications using React and Next.js • Implement SSR, SSG and advanced performance optimizations • Integrate efficiently with REST APIs • Collaborate with product, design and back-end teams • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions • Actively participate in code reviews and in defining standards • Work with scalable architectures and reusable components
