• Innovate and build next generation Game Player experiences • Work on large-scale A/B tests of features • Architect maintainable, performant TV client code • Write automated tests for product quality

• Build and maintain responsive, user-centric interfaces using React. • Leverage advanced React features such as hooks, context providers, and memorization for performance optimization. • Manage state and API interactions using Redux and RTK Query. • Style components using modern CSS and design systems. • Write clear, maintainable, and test-driven code using tools like RSpec, Cypress, or MiniTest. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs across the stack. • Document technical processes, software procedures, and system designs. • Contribute to code reviews

• Design solutions to business problems, contributing to an architectural vision • Ship working code primarily with React, Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails • Deploy and iterate frequently to gather feedback • Build competencies with L&D budget for technical development • Maintain and troubleshoot services to catch and fix errors proactively
