• Manage end-to-end onboarding for newly acquired clients, acting as their main point of contact throughout the process • Use internal tools to design client’ websites, implementing draft revisions based on feedback • Collaborate with the tech team to ensure successful migration of client inventory • Organize and prepare client data for smooth contact imports • Enable CRM integrations and ensure proper functionality for each client • Assign UX reviews and ensure they are completed in a timely and effective manner • Conduct live training sessions to help clients become familiar and confident with the platform • Coordinate domain pointing and launch logistics for each client’s new website and CRM system • Participate in weekly collaboration sessions with the Team Lead to provide progress updates on each project and brainstorm solutions • Maintain a balance between ensuring client satisfaction and achieving internal deadlines and goals • Stay accountable to individual and team objectives, key results, and performance metrics
