• Technical Leadership & Hands-on: Lead the engineering team in building the BaaS platform, serving as the technical reference for architecture and ensuring code quality through mentoring and code reviews. • Banking Architecture: Design and maintain ledger systems (book of record), digital account management, and financial settlement engines. • Multi-platform Ecosystem: Oversee the delivery of robust APIs that power both our Web (React) and Mobile applications, ensuring a smooth and secure experience across all channels. • Strategic Integrations: Lead complex integrations with banking partners and KYC/AML and anti-fraud providers. • Security and Compliance: Ensure the architecture meets strict banking security standards, regulatory compliance, and Central Bank requirements. • Scalability and Resilience: Define strategies to handle high concurrency in critical systems, ensuring availability and real-time data consistency.

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap, aligned with the company strategy. • Conduct discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Specify functional and non-functional requirements as user stories and product documents. • Prioritize the backlog considering impact, effort, and strategic alignment. • Monitor product performance metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, NPS, payment methods). • Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to ensure quality, on-time deliveries. • Support sales and marketing on launches and product positioning. • Ensure regulatory compliance and security across all payment flows.

• Plan, design and execute test cases and scenarios (manual and automated). • Ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle, from requirements definition to final delivery. • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance and usability testing on web and mobile applications. • Validate integrations between systems and APIs (REST/GraphQL). • Create, maintain and improve automated test suites using modern tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). • Collaborate with development, product and infrastructure teams to identify, reproduce and track defect fixes. • Document bugs, test plans and quality reports, ensuring traceability.
