About the role: As a rust developer contributing to Switchboard you’ll help our community build & operate sustainable, on-chain infrastructure. • Design, build, and deploy distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions and smart contracts using Solidity, Java, and REST APIs. • Implement secure transaction logic using cryptographic techniques to protect digital assets and prevent unauthorized access. • Research, develop, and implement various blockchain protocols and consensus algorithms. • Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions. • Integrate blockchain solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs. • Analyze and troubleshoot system performance, network issues, and blockchain transaction problems. • Develop documentation and technical specifications for blockchain implementations. • Contribute to continuous improvement, DevOps practices, and operational support. • Work with AWS deployment environments and infrastructure tools.
