• Own end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payment execution (fiat and crypto) • Manage treasury flows across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts • Own full-stack reconciliation across bank accounts, custodians, and payment processors • Develop a treasury management strategy • Design and implement scalable financial operations infrastructure • Own operational inputs into month-end close and digital asset accounting and valuation

• Own the Veda Platform Roadmap: own the strategic roadmap to evolve our market-leading infrastructure into the definitive, institutional-grade suite for global on-chain asset management. • Design and Execution: author comprehensive PRDs and functional specs that provide Engineering with absolute clarity, ensuring "right-first-time" delivery for complex features. • Strategic Prioritization with Engineering: prioritize and sequence engineering work using a rigorous framework that accounts for customer tier, revenue impact, technical feasibility, and strategic positioning. • Operationalize the Product Lifecycle: drive continuous improvement of the SDLC and product lifecycle practices within the company. Establish repeatable processes for discovery, specification, development, QA, launch, and iteration. • Drive Release Excellence Across Teams: own the internal and external communication of the product lifecycle, ensuring the organization and our customers are aligned on what is shipping and why.

• Design and develop smart contracts and DeFi protocols on the Solana Virtual Machine • Build and optimize secure vault systems for asset management and yield strategies • Collaborate with security teams to ensure protocols are protected against exploits • Integrate with existing DeFi protocols and establish cross-protocol compatibility • Optimize code for Solana's parallel execution environment • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts • Research and implement innovative solutions to improve scalability and reduce transaction costs • Stay current with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem and DeFi space • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

• Design and build scalable backend systems powering Veda’s API and internal services • Own projects end-to-end — from scoping and design to implementation, testing, and production delivery • Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to turn technical debt into modern, maintainable, and highly available systems • Write clean, well-tested code, and maintain strong CI/CD hygiene • Deploy, monitor, and scale services in production using modern cloud tooling (AWS, GCP, or similar) • Contribute to system design discussions covering performance, reliability, and data architecture • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for production systems • Continuously identify and drive improvements in system reliability, observability, and performance

• Oversee all design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency • Create original assets such as illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral • Maintain a cohesive visual identity across social media, website, conference backdrops, merchandise, decks, product materials, and more • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs • Identify UX challenges and continuously improve UI/UX across our products • Stay up to date with design trends, competitor products, and industry developments • Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams • Work closely with marketing and other teams to meet deadlines and deliver impactful campaigns

• You will own the Detection & Response (D&R) function across our hybrid Web2+Web3 environment. • From designing high-fidelity detections to orchestrating rapid incident containment, both on-chain and off, you will be at the forefront of protecting a fast-moving DeFi platform. • Detection Engineering: Design, build, and continuously tune detection pipelines for cloud, container, and blockchain telemetry (AWS/GCP logs, K8s events, on-chain data streams). • Maintain real-time monitoring using SIEM/XDR solutions. • Integrate blockchain-specific monitoring tools (e.g. Hypernative, Hexagate, etc.) with cloud-native telemetry. • Response Automation: Build SOAR workflows and automated containment playbooks. • Implement on-chain transaction guardrails and automated policy enforcement for suspicious smart-contract activity. • Incident Management: Lead incident lifecycle end-to-end: triage, scope, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-mortems. • Conduct blockchain forensics, smart contract incident analysis, and web2 investigations. • Threat Hunting & Purple Teaming: Proactively identify emerging TTPs by mining multi-source telemetry. • Partner with other engineers to simulate attack scenarios, including DeFi-specific threats (MEV exploitation, oracle manipulation, re-entrancy, governance takeovers). • Security Architecture & Collaboration: Partner with DevOps, Backend, and Smart Contract teams to integrate detection logic into pipelines. • Conduct security design reviews for new features, focusing on both application logic and blockchain protocol risks. • Influence secure-by-default engineering practices across Web2 and Web3 stacks.

• Drive the development of high-performance API systems to disseminate insights on Veda’s products within our protocol partners and strategist ecosystem • Collaborate across teams to gather and refine requirements effectively for API system development • Develop intuitive front-end components that are both web and mobile-friendly, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience • Deploy and manage back-end services in collaboration with our infrastructure team, while remaining adaptable to assist with front-end development tasks as necessary • Contribute throughout the development lifecycle, seamlessly transitioning between back-end and front-end tasks based on project requirements to enhance DeFi accessibility in user-centric applications

• Contribute to all Solidity codebases, including upgrade patterns, proxy architecture, account abstraction, and cross-chain messaging. • Drive rigorous design reviews, threat modeling, fuzz testing, and formal verification to achieve “audit-by-design” security. • Continuous deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of existing vaults. • Own end-to-end delivery of new protocol features. • Manage external auditors and bug-bounty programs; implement on-chain monitoring and incident-response playbooks. • Represent Veda in client integrations, conferences, and the broader open-source community.

• Lead end-to-end security audits of Veda's smart contract systems, with focus on the BoringVault architecture, cross-chain bridge integrations, and complex DeFi composability patterns • Identify novel attack vectors in vault accounting logic, share pricing mechanisms, and multi-strategy capital allocation systems • Partner with external audit firms to coordinate comprehensive reviews and effectively address findings • Evolve Veda's smart contract security standards, testing methodologies, and deployment practices • Mentor smart contract engineers on secure coding patterns, gas optimization trade-offs, and defense-in-depth strategies • Serve as the security subject matter expert in architecture discussions and design reviews • Build and maintain custom security tools including fuzzing harnesses, invariant testing frameworks, and symbolic execution pipelines • Research emerging attack patterns in DeFi and translate findings into defensive measures • Contribute to Veda's security knowledge base through internal documentation and post-mortems • Design and implement real-time monitoring systems for on-chain anomaly detection • Lead on-chain security incident response when needed, including root cause analysis and remediation • Maintain security runbooks and escalation procedures for the engineering team

• Owning the “technical win” for Veda in new prospect sales cycles. • Building and enhancing Demos for Veda products. • Building custom Solution Architecture designs for prospects and proposals. • Support the Account Manager on technical, consultative discovery and qualification with prospects. • Plan, execute, and manage 1-2 week Guided Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for prospective customers, defining clear technical success criteria (KPIs) that map to the prospect's business goals. • Collect and organize feature requests for the Product Management team. • Respond to RFP, RFI, and technical questionnaires from prospects. • Lead the technical portion of Security reviews, articulating Veda’s security posture, audit history, and risk management practices. • Owning and enhancing public technical documentation via https://docs.veda.tech/ and supporting the buildout of technical public facing marketing materials.
