Position Summary The Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for analyzing user needs and develop software solutions, components, and frameworks to meet business requirements. The Senior Software Development Engineer will need to be involved in requirements analysis to determine feasibility of design and plan the technical aspects of implementation; configure and test software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability. The Senior Software Development Engineer will write, debug, and review high quality code, and track and resolve production issues. Additionally, they will analyze business requirements to determine optimal technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development. Required Qualifications - 5+ years experience analyzing user needs and develop software solutions, components, and frameworks to meet business requirements in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Shell script - Schedule jobs in Tivoli, PLV or Cron to support Specialty Pharmacy account receivable functionality - Involved in requirements analysis to determine feasibility of design and plan the technical aspects of implementation; configure and test software applications and/or systems to improve functionality and features with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability - Write, debug, and review high quality code, and track and resolve production issues Preferred Qualifications - Understanding of CVS Specialty Pharmacy finance and account receivable functionality, cash processing, 340B implementation etc - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on applications development, technical requirements, code review, project deliverables, quality assurance, and software development best practices - Design and develop applications, systems, and databases used to Accounts Receivable related transactions Education - Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $185,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
