The role is responsible for executing various tasks to support the administrative needs of the Merchandising Omni-Buying and Operations teams within QVC. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed. What You'll Do: - Support omni-buying teams by accurately reviewing, transferring, uploading, and correcting product data to ensure timely item builds and purchase order maintenance. - Execute promotional pricing and seasonal readiness tasks with precision and within established deadlines. - Set up new vendors for both drop-ship and non-drop, ensuring all information is complete and accurate. - Respond to time-sensitive requests from internal teams, providing thorough communication and timely status updates. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating concerns to leaders or Omni-Buying partners as needed. - Collaborate on special projects and provide ongoing support to cross-functional teams and vendors. - Manage and prioritize tasks independently while working within a shared Outlook email account.
