The Associate Stock Plan Services Support provides routine operational support for Employee Stock Plan Services using the ESPS platform for the administration, accounting, and reporting of equity compensation plans (e.g., stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs) and cap table equity management. The role focuses on accurate reporting, processing, documentation, and timely resolution of standard requests while partnering closely with Stock Plan Administrators and other internal teams. This position requires strong attention to detail, a service mindset, and the ability to learn stock plan concepts and platform workflows. What you will do - Log, track, and update service requests in the case/ticketing system to support timely response and clear communication - Perform accurate data entry and maintenance tasks in the ESPS platform (e.g., participant updates, award/transaction uploads as assigned, release pre-processing, plan parameter updates as directed) - Run standard reports and distribute outputs according to documented client procedures (e.g., participant activity, transaction summaries, reconciliation support files) - Support routine transaction and report reconciliations by comparing system outputs to source files and escalating variances per documented procedure - Prepare and maintain client-facing and internal documentation (e.g., job aids, checklists, workflow steps, standard communications) - Assist with period-end support activities by compiling required inputs, validating completeness, and confirming delivery timelines with the service team - Coordinate with internal partners (e.g., operations, technology, and other stakeholders) to support resolution of standard processing items - Participate in ongoing training to build proficiency in equity compensation concepts, plan operations, and ESPS platform functionality - Follow established controls, procedures, and service standards to support accurate, compliant, and timely execution of assigned tasks What you will bring - High School Diploma - 0 – 1 years’ experience in financial services or compensation industry - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures consistently - Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and system workflows; ability to learn new software tools - Clear written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset - Ability to manage routine tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain organized work records - Ability to identify issues, document findings, and escalate appropriately - FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire ***Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.*** What we offer you We offer an array of diverse and inclusive benefits regardless of where you are in your career.
