For more information, please explore www.veradigm.com. Job Summary This role will support the sales and implementation solution design for the enterprise ePrescribe product. The candidate will advise the client on the best methods for integrating their solution with the Veradigm ePrescribe Product. The candidate will work directly with technical resources at the client to educate them about the API integration options, idealized flows, and customization options that are available to them. The candidate will document the client's desired solution and will provide that documentation to the Veradigm implementation team as part of the post-sales kick off. The candidate will participate in the implementation project as a consultant/advisor to ensure the original goals of the client's implementation is met when the client goes live. Key Responsibilities - Advises the technical resources at a client on the capabilities of the Veradigm ePrescribe product - Creates a documented solution for how the client intends to use the Veradigm ePrescribe product to hand off post sales to the Veradigm implementation team - Acts as an SME to support active implementation projects - Exchanges data and technical resolution with client systems level resources - Works on multiple client projects at a time - Establishes trusted relationships with the project team - Builds relationships across organizational functions (internal and external, as required by the project) at various levels including but not limited to decision makers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Understand API's and web application technologies and concepts - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Skilled at data manipulation and conversions - Strong organization and time management skills - Great analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Must be self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems - MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Benefits Veradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work.
