Remote - Technical Service Trainer

Remote Service Trainer A Trainer within a manufacturing organization that builds heavy, off-road equipment used in the forestry industry, is responsible for delivering training programs to employees and/or customers and equipment dealership staff. The Trainer will provide virtual, in-class or hands-on training and will be tasked with planning and preparing instructional materials and resources, establishing and managing a positive learning environment, and instructing and evaluating students. Job Duties - Design, develop, maintain and deliver in-house training programs. - Conduct training needs analyses, ensuring all compulsory compliance needs are met. - Maintain a strong knowledge of legislative and product changes that are upcoming to proactively begin developing or modifying training programs. Job Requirements
