Strategic Accounts Executive

What You'll Do As a Strategic Account Executive, you will lead Omnicell’s growth strategy across key healthcare segments, including Acute, Post-Acute, and Specialty Care environments. You will own complex, high-impact relationships and drive multi-year value for customers and Omnicell alike. Key responsibilities include: - Build and execute winning account strategies - Develop and implement long-term, strategic selling plans aligned to customer priorities and Omnicell’s growth objectives - Identify optimal deal structures and create compelling, value-based solutions that drive sustainable partnerships - Lead high-value negotiations - Own contract strategy, pricing models, and negotiation processes - Deliver outcomes that balance customer success with Omnicell’s business goals - Collaborate across Omnicell - Partner closely with Field Sales, Operations, Service, Finance, Legal, IT, and Marketing teams - Align internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer engagement and execution - Engage executive leadership - Build trusted relationships with senior healthcare executives across Pharmacy, IT, and Supply Chain - Partner with Omnicell leadership to refine market approaches, report on strategic account performance, and drive critical initiatives - Expand Omnicell’s market presence - Develop deep insight into customer priorities and long-term technology investment strategies - Ensure Omnicell is positioned as a strategic, enterprise-level partner - Leverage data and insights - Utilize Salesforce.com and internal systems to build and manage sales pipelines - Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor account health, and capture market intelligence Who You Are You are a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in complex environments and is motivated by meaningful impact in healthcare.
