Enterprise Account Executive, Ohio Valley
Abnormal Security
• Sell Abnormal security solutions to your defined territory with the goal to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota • Work enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) from initial conversations through signing a contract and up-selling once they’re a customer. • Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) to supply enough pipeline for them to hit sales targets. • Work with Customer success to ensure a timely renewal and expansion sale opportunities • Continually document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan) • Be a voice for the customer/prospect with internal teams including Sales Engineering/POV team, Product and Marketing to ensure appropriate prioritization to close more revenue.
Job Requirements
- Enterprise Account Hunter with 3+ years of direct (not overlay) experience selling into enterprise-sized organizations, including prospecting, winning new logos, and expanding major accounts in competitive, incumbent-heavy environments.
- Skill in negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales
- Proven performer with consistent over quota performance and/or top 5% of sales org
- Technically competent: Conversant in key areas: security, email, cloud, AI, etc.
- Cyber-security Software sales: Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel
- Start-up experience: Success at a company that was early stage, underdog or was a new entrant with large competitors or similar (limited resources-build territory including: channel, tech partners, initial customer wins, etc.)
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.

• Strategic management and further development of existing customers in Germany with a focus on AGILITA's full SAP portfolio (e.g., Cloud ERP, S/4HANA, CX, Analytics) • Identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities and active management of the pipeline together with the Demand Generation team as well as Presales, Marketing and Consulting • Preparation and execution of customer meetings and presentations • Continuous monitoring of customer needs, market trends and competitor activity
• Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise customers • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature • Build, maintain and progress a robust and qualified sales pipeline • Lead complex sales discussions with senior security, IT and business stakeholders • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders • Develop and execute account and territory strategies across DACH region • Prospect and grow relationships within strategic target accounts and priority industries • Establish trusted relationships with CISOs, Security Architects, IT leaders and Procurement teams • Represent DuoKey at relevant regional cybersecurity events, conferences and industry forums • Work closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical workshops, demos and proof-of-concepts • Coordinate with SDRs to support outbound initiatives and meeting generation • Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools and playbooks • Share competitive and market insights to support positioning and go-to-market strategy
