You Will: - Employ technical and creative skills to create accurate layouts, formatting, using tools across the Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office suite, Figma and Sketch. - Collaborate with our teams (Account Managers, Project Managers, Creatives) to implement client edits to existing files and ensure correct file setup. - Prepare production-ready files for print and digital purposes, including proper sizing, color correction, interactivity, and formatting. - Maintain organized file management, following naming conventions and backup procedures within existing structures. - Work in a team environment, communicating clearly with cross-functional departments. - Stay updated with the latest creative industry trends and seek learning opportunities. You Will Bring: - 1-3 years of layout production experience in an agency or similar environment, specializing in both print and digital design. - Portfolio demonstrating production design skills across print and digital media. - Proficient skills in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Figma, Sketch, and working knowledge of PowerPoint. - Knowledge in both print and digital processes, production methods, and digital file handoff for developers. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. - A team player mindset with a solid work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent time management and communication skills. - Experience with quickly learning new software, techniques, and processes.
