Role Description We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the CEO Office and help drive high-priority initiatives across the business. This is not a traditional project management role. You will work directly with the CEO on special projects, MVP tests, new initiatives, and cross-functional execution that can shape the future of the company. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, entrepreneurial, analytical, and hungry to learn fast. You should be excited by ambiguity, love making things happen, and be comfortable moving from idea to execution. Role Description The Project Lead, Client Onboarding at Ventra Health is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of multiple healthcare clients into our coding and billing services. This includes: - Gathering setup data. - Leading client and internal meetings to support data interface and billing system setups. - Coordinating with vendor partners to ensure a smooth transition to the Client Success and Service Delivery teams post go-live. Role Description Deliver Professional Services that analyze the customer’s network, identify the network solutions (Ciena and/or third party), and plan the integration/conversion requirements to meet the customer’s needs. - Full Account Level management responsibilities of the Services Project Management team responsible for the successful implementation of EF&I projects, with high complexity, within a Customer network. - Ensure Service target margins are achieved, contributing to accurate revenue recognition, ensuring committed schedules and deliverables are met, and that projects meet Customers expectations for quality and service. - Support pre-sales activities, providing project management subject matter expertise and contributing to Customer proposals and RFP responses, as required. - Interface with Customer project management and Ciena Operations teams, Sales, Bid Management, Service Delivery Groups, and Finance to ensure project deliverables and financial targets are met.
