• Build fast, scalable, and user-friendly digital interfaces for international clients • Translate creative concepts into high-performing front-end experiences • Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Ensure consistent UI across devices and platforms • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and production teams • Optimize performance, speed, and usability • Use AI tools and coding agents to accelerate frontend development

• Manage projects in a correct, cost effective and timely manner • Ensure that projects are in alignment with specifications and quality requirements • Scope project requirements and prepare budget • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress • Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications • Communicate with the team and ensure members are on board with delegated tasks • Seek opportunities for improvement • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues • Keep KPIs and project milestones • Form strong relationships with clients • Updating key stakeholders on project status • Work as part of a team to win new business and develop current client relationships as part of the business pipeline

• Create Storyboards, Videos, HTML banners, Statics. • Implement & build new production processes to optimize production efficiency. • Improve the UX & UI of the factory´s internal software. • Identify problems, evaluate options and recommend solutions. • Train and onboard new media producers.
