Sales Development Representative – West Coast
Revefi
• Research and identify high-potential accounts within our ideal customer profile (ICP). • Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage data, cloud, and engineering decision-makers. • Make 300+ cold outbound calls a week. • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and event-driven outreach. • Qualify leads through discovery calls and set up meetings for Account Executives. • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot to manage and track activities. • Maintain detailed and accurate prospect data in CRM systems. • Collaborate with the SDR Manager to test new messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and comfort discussing technical topics like data, cloud infrastructure, or AI (no deep technical expertise needed - just an interest in learning).
- Proven ability to break down complex topics and explain them clearly.
- Demonstrated success in a competitive or performance-driven environment (academics, athletics, clubs, projects, etc)
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results.
