Project Manager
KELLER
• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations for environmental remediation construction projects • Providing leadership and direct supervision of field crews and heavy equipment operations • Ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget • Aligning strategic objectives with field-level operations • Collaborating with the Safety team to sustain health and safety programs • Directing project execution in compliance with contractual scope and requirements • Compiling data for project status updates • Analyzing physical progress and financial performance data for forecasts • Cultivating strong relationships with clients for business opportunities • Preparing, submitting, and tracking invoices in alignment with contractual terms • Developing detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted services
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience managing earthwork construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated history of increasing financial responsibility and supervisory leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling software and cost estimating tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel to project sites daily

Role Description This role is remote but candidate must live within the assigned territory (Broward or Miami-Dade Counties, FL). Travel is required. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will provide technical assistance to the ADS Sales and Engineered Products Teams, facilitate product installation training, and attend job sites to assist with ADS product associated projects.
