Billing Supervisor
Perkins Coie
• Supervise the Client Accounting Administrator billing team. • Oversee the process of preparing client invoices accurately and timely. • Provide project support to the Billing Manager. • Responsible for generating, tracking, and reporting of monthly prebills and time entries. • Answer client inquiries by telephone and email. • Meet with lawyers and legal staff to discuss special billing arrangements and system capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Financial/Accounting experience, or equivalent.
- Three to five years of successful supervisory experience in Professional services required.
- Knowledge of electronic billing and Elite 3e strongly preferred.
