Manager, Content Management
Filigran
• Define and drive the quarterly content roadmap for the Academy based on product launches and market requirements. • Translate Filigran’s "Intelligence-Driven Defense" vision into certification programs and structured learning paths. • Lead and mentor a team of specialized Content Managers (focused on Content Ops and Learning Experience). • Support the team’s skill development in instructional design, technical storytelling, and production tools. • Oversee workload management and project prioritization within the team. • Guarantee the consistency of the "Filigran Voice" across all educational materials. • Optimize production workflows from initial scripting to LMS publishing to reduce the time-to-market for training modules. • Analyze Academy KPIs (completion rates, certification scores, feedback) to continuously iterate and improve content quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years in instructional design or technical content creation, including at least 2 years in a management role within a B2B SaaS ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity or the ability to quickly ramp up on technical topics.
- Proficient in tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, GitHub, and modern LMS platforms.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven and able to manage projects end-to-end, from concept to execution.
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous-first environment.
- Bonus: Experience working in SaaS, open-source, or cybersecurity-related companies.
- Narrative Leadership: Ability to transform dense technical documentation into a compelling and easy-to-remember story.
- Rigor & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with short production cycles.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Obsessed with user experience and message clarity.
