• Collaborate with all agency teams to establish effective project and staffing plans • Work as a liaison/communications hub between all Agency team members and agency partners • Ensure proper forecasting for all projects on assigned accounts • Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts • Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on time and budget • Work with Creative Services Manager to manage and plan creative resources • Communicate openly and constructively with all departments • Take ownership of agency processes by providing feedback • Analyze and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency • Maintain high-level attention to detail • Seeks out additional opportunities to expand experience and cultivate expertise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions REQUIRED
- 5+ years of project or account management experience in a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency REQUIRED
- Experience with timeline development and budget management required
- Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- PC, MS Office Suite software experience required
