Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm
- Background managing ground-up construction or major renovation projects
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
- Ability to coordinate remote project teams and field operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Preferred Experience
- Experience with commercial, healthcare, industrial, or institutional construction projects
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
