Senior SCM/WMS Consultant, Managed Services

MCA Connect

• Help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application • Own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution is delivered • Assist customers with the Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management modules • Involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Dynamics 365 ERP implementation experience
  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 ERP implementation (Analysis – Deployment)
  • Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience
  • Certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L certification within first 90 days of employment.
  • Strong industry experience within Supply Chain or Materials Management
  • Experience with implementing and supporting advanced warehouse (WMS) functionality
  • Working knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices
  • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • English: Fluent
  • Valid Driver’s License
