Role Description Granicus is looking for a results-oriented Revenue Technology Manager with highly competent acumen to join the global Sales Enablement team. This person will be a “trusted advisor” and business partner, focused on optimizing the usage of technology to better support revenue organization productivity. This is a high impact and visible role, with rapidly changing priorities. You will think strategically and execute workflows operationally. You will create training & tool programming that aims to drive revenue, growth, and maturation across the Sales Organization. - Support the Granicus Sales organization by representing the revenue team’s point of view in Business Systems and Operations as it pertains to the entire lead-to-revenue workflow. - Be hands-on with sellers and cross-functional personnel to create, identify, and refine technology workflows and documentation supporting critical sales activities. - Act as the primary liaison to the Business Systems team for technology and process improvement projects. - Implement a systematic approach to the adoption, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of various technology platforms within the sales organization. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, technology, or related fields OR equivalent experience. - Technical platform certifications (ex: Salesforce trailhead). - 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, sales enablement, sales operations, preferably in a SaaS model, or B2G environment. - Demonstrated experience in implementing & training tech stack workflows, technology adoption, and productivity that drive revenue growth. - Adept in driving change management for technology & productivity in revenue organizations. - Effective project management skills, including challenging the status quo and identifying needs to re-assess existing approaches/processes. - Proven ability to oversee a project with the objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately. - Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a complex system and business integrated environment. - Must be able to set expectations with internal customers, and meet those expectations. - Salesforce experience in Lightning Experience and CPQ. - Experience with other best-in-class sales technology, including but not limited to: Salesloft, Clari, Gong, Highspot. Job Requirements
