This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We are seeking a high-energy, agile Australia-based Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital acquisition efforts across the US and Australia. This is a pivotal role for a rising star who thrives in high-growth scale-up environments. You are a "digital native" who views marketing as a technical challenge to be solved through data, AI, and constant iteration. Your primary mandate is to engineer a scalable inbound lead engine. While our Demand Generation team focuses on integrated campaign strategy and field events, you will own the technical traffic levers. You are obsessed with lead sources and attribution, ensuring that every dollar spent on digital acquisition is optimised for the highest possible ROI. Responsibilities - Own and scale the AU & US inbound acquisition engine - Build always-on programs designed to scale effectively across brand, demand gen, bottom of funnel and expansion campaigns. - Hands-on management of Growth channels - Lead execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other Social platforms. Optimising search, demand gen, and media ecosystems to amplify our message and maximise pipeline impact. - Deploy AI agents/sophisticated automation into campaign workflows - Implement automation across bidding, budgets, creative testing, and audience optimisation to improve the scalability and effectiveness of campaigns. - Engineer tracking and attribution infrastructure - Own lead source, conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy. Ensure that we are tracking both short-term and long-term benefits of marketing. - Drive experimentation at speed - Run structured testing across creative, landing environments, and channel mix - scaling what works quickly. - Maximising value - Build relationships with media owners/platforms and negotiate access to additional value, ad credits and access to Beta products. - Build a future focused Growth function - Integrate platforms, streamline workflows, and build scalable acquisition infrastructure to ensure Deputy has an industry leading Growth Function. - Partner cross-functionally - Work with Design & Content, Sales, and RevOps to improve lead quality, funnel performance, and revenue outcomes. Share learning with other markets. Qualifications - 4–6 years in Growth or Performance Marketing at an agency or in an in-house function working on campaigns targeting SMBs. (Experience in SaaS, Workforce Management, Fintech, or HRTech experience is a major plus). - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and experimentation tools (Optimizely/VWO). Ideally strong working knowledge of other martech platforms like Marketo & Salesforce. - You don't just report data; you find the "why." - SQL knowledge or advanced BI dashboarding (Tableau/Looker) is highly regarded. - You have the ability to write compelling, commercially-focused copy to hook prospects, and also are able to brief creative teams to take ad assets up a level. - Deep understanding of the AU/US SME and Enterprise landscape. - First-principles thinker. - Systems builder, not just a “copy and paste” task executor. Energised by the future of AI-driven marketing. Benefits - Enjoy a flexible remote-first work policy (with a work-from-home stipend to set you up for success!) - Own a piece of Deputy via our Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Take paid parental leave to support you and your family - Stay protected with Group Salary Continuance Insurance - Access support through our Employee Assistance Program - Enjoy additional leave days — including study assistance, celebration days and volunteering - Join our global working groups focused on collaboration, belonging and connection - Get creative at our annual Hackathons - Take advantage of our novated leasing for electric vehicles, internet reimbursement and more!
