Role Description Maven is seeking a Manager, Payments Integrity & QA to lead and scale our payment operations quality framework. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Configuration & QA, you will move beyond audit execution to architect a robust and scalable, end-to-end payment integrity program. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team of Payments Integrity & QA analysts, developing internal audit protocols and accountability standards to maintain high-integrity payment operations, and partnering with Product/Engineering to automate fail-safes that ensure payment accuracy at scale. As a Manager, Payments Integrity & QA at Maven, you will: - Develop and implement comprehensive payment accuracy QA policies, procedures, and tracking mechanisms to ensure a "gold standard" for payment integrity. - Oversee the execution of quality assurance audits on payment transactions, evolving the process from manual sampling to scalable and data-driven, risk-based auditing. - Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all external client audits; manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle, from initial data requests to the presentation of findings, ensuring Maven’s internal administrative excellence is clearly demonstrated. - Lead cross-functional discussions to categorize findings and conduct deep-dive root cause analyses, ensuring that errors are not just identified but structurally prevented. - Collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective action plans and hold partners accountable to performance SLAs. - Serve as the business owner for payment integrity tools; partner with Product/Engineering to design application enhancements and automated fail-safes. - Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of Payments Integrity & QA analysts, fostering a culture of high attention to detail and continuous operational improvement. Qualifications - 8+ years in payment/claims analysis or auditing, with a strong preference for healthcare payer or insurance backgrounds. - Proven track record of managing and coaching teams, with the ability to build influential relationships with executive leadership. - Extensive experience using data and analytics tools (e.g., Looker) to identify patterns and drive business judgment. - Significant experience "creating order from chaos" and building processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Proficiency in Asana, Jira, and Looker to manage workflows and report on program health preferred. • Own end-to-end studio operations and lead a multiple person design & development team, ensuring balanced workloads, high efficiency, and consistent delivery • Drive team performance through 1:1s, feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement • Build, execute, and maintain a scalable project management and delivery structure across client and internal growth initiatives • Own resourcing, timelines, dependencies, and task allocation across multiple concurrent projects • Act as the primary operational point of contact for the team ensuring clarity on briefs, scope, and expectations • Ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, on budget, maintaining high availability and reliability • Oversee time tracking of contractors, budget tracking, accurate billing, and client invoicing • Manage studio tools, software, resources, schedules, and documentation, resolving operational and logistical issues proactively • Maintain quality control across all outgoing work and continuously improve workflows and best practices • Track studio performance, prepare reports, update leadership, and lead weekly team and project meetings • Create proposals, contracts and other documentation based on need • Help lead company wide initiatives that include AI initiatives and internal tools

• Responsible for planning, scoping, rationalizing and ensuring performance of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 assessments (IT general and application controls). • Ensure alignment and progress with external auditors and prep Audit Committee materials. • Perform evaluation of deficiencies from a qualitative and quantitative aspect. • Gather and analyze data as necessary to accomplish IT audit objectives. • Help drive maturity of team capabilities through development of consistent monitoring, analytics and use of AI or other automation tools. • Prepare reports and communicate status and results of internal audits to Executive Management and the Audit Committee. • Manage external consulting resources that are engaged to perform IT auditing activities. • Develop and foster working relationships, focusing on the identification of solutions to issues and continuous improvements in IT processes.

• Piloter l’ensemble du processus de traitement des commandes clients, depuis leur réception jusqu’à leur complétude (facturation, transport, gestion documentaire). • Vérifier les demandes clients en matière de délais et coordonner avec le service industriel pour confirmer les dates de livraison. • Assurer le suivi des affaires significatives. • Gérer les lettres de crédit (L/C) et les cautions de bonne exécution liées aux commandes. • Organiser les expéditions et superviser les procédures douanières et de transport international. • Participation aux recettes usines et aux inspections de matériel par les organismes de contrôle. • Créer et mettre à jour les fiches clients (encours, conditions de règlement, TVA…) et les contrats d’agents/BFA dans l’ERP.
