• Serve as primary on-site 24/7 network support contact for assigned MTF • Perform daily network infrastructure operations and maintenance activities • Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, wireless access points, and controllers • Create and manage VLANs in accordance with DHA Zone Architecture Requirements • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate with GSC for escalations • Install, test, terminate, and certify network cabling (material provided by Government) • Perform device configuration and firmware updates per DHA standards • Support network monitoring via SolarWinds NPM and ensure 100% device compliance • Conduct monthly hardware inventory validations for Asset Management (CDRL A010) • Respond to and resolve Tier 0 trouble tickets without GSC escalation • Coordinate with site staff on network-related activities and service impacts • Support DHA Infrastructure Modernization hardware refresh initiatives • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support at assigned site.

• Support network infrastructure operations with focus on configuration management, monitoring, system integration, and ticket resolution under guidance of Referral and Senior Engineers. • Provide LAN/WLAN network sustainment and operations services to the MHS MTFs and related activities. • Plan, install, and support hardware and software upgrades under senior guidance. • Implement network configuration changes per approved standards and change control. • Monitor network performance and respond to anomalies using monitoring tools. • Support system integration activities and coordinate with application support teams. • Manage ITSM ticket queues and resolve customer issues within SLA timeframes. • Conduct monthly trend analysis and ticket query reporting. • Support change request assessments and ensure 24-hour turnaround. • Assist with network inventory management and NMS compliance (98.5% accuracy). • Create and update technical documentation and work instructions. • Participate in testing and validation of network changes. • Provide customer communication and technical support coordination.

• Resolve complex LAN/WLAN/WAN technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools. • Configure and maintain network firewalls, VPN devices, and IDS/IPS systems. • Lead change management processes and conduct 24-hour change assessments. • Develop and maintain enterprise network standards and documentation (coordinate with NetMOD). • Perform advanced troubleshooting at all OSI model layers using SolarWinds, ARMIS, and Ansible. • Support network security operations and vulnerability remediation (IAVA/CVE response). • Conduct network performance analysis using MIB, MRTG, and monitoring tools. • Create SOPs, technical guides, and process documentation. • Mentor Network Engineer Associates and Network Specialists. • Support system integration activities and coordinate with application teams. • Participate in technical working groups and provide enhancement recommendations. • Respond to after-hours emergencies with escalation to Senior Engineers as needed.

• Manage and maintain the Monitoring Systems • Fault handling and escalation • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution). • Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for colocation, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services). • Server build and installs, application upgrades, network equipment build and installation. Maintaining hardware serial audits, writing custom monitoring plugins and configuring bespoke graphing. • Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations. • Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration • Tier 3 Support for co-location, customer backup network and ISP services. • Participate in a 24x7 call-out rota if required
