Responsibilities - Manage proposal responses to federal government Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including all aspects of proposal development. - Develop/maintain proposal management-related artifacts for each opportunity. - Review/analyze proposal sections for consistency and clarity, compliance with solicitation requirements, and alignment with proposed solutions and themes. - Collaborate with business development and operational leadership to obtain adequate resources for high-quality proposal submissions. - Manage and direct all proposal efforts, establishing and enforcing the proposal schedule. - Collaborate with the capture manager, subject matter experts, and other writers to refine proposal sections. - Assist in the development and refinement of standardized proposal processes and templates. - Provide daily updates regarding proposal progress to the team via daily stand-ups. - Lead/facilitate discussions during solution strategy sessions. - Convene and lead color review teams and prepare color team packages. - Remain current on all solicitation modifications and communicate them to the team. - Ensure proposal compliance, checking submission for compliance regularly throughout the proposal cycle.
