Role Description Oran Inc. is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to support a federal modernization initiative focused on transforming legacy applications into scalable, cloud-ready solutions. This role involves full-stack development, API engineering, and modernization of enterprise systems within a highly collaborative Agile environment. Role Description We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Apps Developer who also has hands-on Power Platform Administration experience. This person will build and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, while assisting our current Power Platform Administrator with environment strategy, ALM (Dev → Test → Prod), governance, and platform operations. As the practice matures, this role may transition into lead administrator responsibilities. What You’ll Do - Solution Design & Development (≈60–70%) - Design, build, and maintain model-driven and canvas apps using Dataverse and premium connectors. - Develop robust Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop where applicable), implement error handling, retry, and exception patterns. - Implement reusable components, custom pages, and modern controls; optimize performance and UX. - Integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and external APIs (via custom connectors). - Create relational data models, security roles, and business rules in Dataverse. - Write and maintain Power Fx, JavaScript (form scripting/PCF optional), and solution documentation. - ALM & Platform Operations (≈30–40%) - Lifecycle Management (ALM): Manage solution exports/imports, patching, and managed/unmanaged layers.
