• Handle incoming requests in English from partners and users regarding bookings, fraud and technical issues with efficiency and accuracy via our different support channels (email, live chat and phone.) • Collaborate closely with our tech, product, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of partner inquiries. • Drive process improvements and advocate for feature enhancements to streamline operations and boost efficiency.

• Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Develop and execute sourcing strategies • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles • Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification • Leverage market research and competitive intelligence • Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS • Support employer branding initiatives • Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes

• Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, and take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading travel retailers. • Define and execute growth initiatives of technical and commercial nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams. • Conceptualise and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation. • Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.
