This is a 1099, commission-based position and not a traditional hourly or salaried job. The role is best suited for individuals who are self-directed, coachable, and comfortable with performance-based compensation. All work is completed from home using phone and Zoom. What You’ll Be Doing - Meeting virtually with families who have requested information - Assessing protection needs and explaining coverage options - Helping clients select life insurance solutions that fit their goals and budget - Completing applications and follow-up - Participating in training, coaching, and team calls No cold calling.
