Role Description The Senior Product Manager for Runpod Anywhere will lead our comprehensive entry into this new market. This role is responsible for building a new business line largely from scratch: - Defining the ideal customer profile - Understanding the competitive landscape - Articulating differentiated value - Delivering a four-quarter roadmap that elevates customer-owned infrastructure to a first-class citizen within the Runpod platform This is an exceptional opportunity to create an entirely new market offering built on top of Runpod’s core competitive strengths, refined and proven over the past three years. Responsibilities - Be the voice of our customer: Engage deeply with prospects, customers, and partners who own and operate GPU infrastructure to understand their technical, operational, and business needs. - New market definition and strategy: Define the target customer segments and ideal customer profile (ICP) for Runpod Anywhere. - Product strategy and roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap that brings Runpod Anywhere to market as a first-class offering. - User Experience Design: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure product design effectively addresses developer needs. - Competitive analysis: Analyze competitors across on-prem orchestration, hybrid cloud, GPU management platforms, and adjacent solutions. - Agile planning and execution: Maintain a well-curated backlog and lead agile planning and execution in partnership with engineering. - Go-to-market enablement: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape launch plans, messaging, pricing considerations, and enablement materials. - Cross-functional leadership: Work across engineering, infrastructure, partnerships, legal, and business teams to align product development with company goals. - KPI definition and management: Define and track success metrics for Runpod Anywhere, spanning adoption, engagement, revenue impact, and customer outcomes. - Executive storytelling: Clearly communicate product strategy, progress, and tradeoffs to company leadership. - Understand AI market trends: Be an expert in all things AI, understanding the latest developments, frameworks, and models that are driving the industry forward. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with meaningful ownership over complex, technical products. - Experience working with developer platforms, infrastructure products, or DX-focused tools. - Demonstrated experience launching new products or entering new markets strongly preferred. - Prior experience as a professional software engineer building distributed systems strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of modern software development workflows and agile execution. - Experience with AI and ML platforms strongly preferred. - Proven ability to define strategy in ambiguous environments and translate it into execution. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage, fast-moving, remote-first environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Successful completion of a background check.
