• You will lead a cross-functional product group that spans: • Mobile: Our iOS and Android applications and mobile-first experiences. • Recipient Experience: The PandaDoc document viewing, signing, and collaboration surface with 5M+ MAUs. • Collaboration: In-document and cross-document collaboration features that drive adoption and retention. • Design Framework Adoption: In partnership with our VPUX, you will ensure our UI kit, design system, and visual language are adopted consistently across teams. • Critical Flows & UX: You will lead teams polishing our top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improving information architecture across the platform.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product management and design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products; experience scaling recipient-facing surfaces (consumer-grade SaaS or marketplace a plus).
- Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale.
- Track record of improving critical flows and IA in a complex product.
- Well versed in agentic AI, technical and hands-on enough to build your own agents.
- Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, mentor, and drive alignment across multiple product areas.
- Analytical and data-driven, but equally comfortable advocating for usability and design polish. Comfortable saying “No” to features and initiatives that promote local maximums at the expense of the over-all product experience.
- Passionate about making complex workflows simple, intuitive, and delightful.
- Based in Europe or US East Coast.

Job Summary The Land Agent supports DISA’s growing uranium and AUM site portfolio by assisting with land research, claim staking, regulatory filings, and the administrative and fieldwork needed to secure, maintain, and manage DISA’s land assets. This role blends office work, field operations, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional support. The Land Agent is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both field and administrative environments. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, wearing multiple hats and contributing to many areas of business development. Education/ Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Natural Resources, Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field. Or an equivalent level of experience and certification (RL, RPL) as a Landman / permitting specialist. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in land research, permitting, compliance, mining claims, or similar work. Supervisor Environmental Land Manager, unless otherwise designated. Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct ownership and title research for prospective AUM sites, mining claims, and private parcels. - Compile and maintain accurate records of landowners, mineral rights, surface rights, and applicable encumbrances. - Support due diligence for site acquisition, staking, leasing, or agreements. - Track land status changes and ensure internal systems stay updated. - Assist with planning and executing staking of new mining claims on BLM and state lands. - Ensure compliance with location requirements, monument standards, and submission deadlines. - Document field staking with GPS coordinates, maps, and photos. - Support early-stage site visits and field assessments. - Help prepare and file POOs, COO’s NOIs, NOEs, and associated regulatory documents. - Coordinate with state agencies, BLM field offices, and other authorities as needed. - Track deadlines, renewals, fees, and required updates for active permits and claims. - Maintain organized records for audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting. - Assist with land access agreements, landowner correspondence, and right-of-entry documentation. - Support documentation for surface disturbance, reclamation reporting, and regulatory compliance. - Maintain land databases, mapping files, and GIS-relevant information in coordination with GIS staff. - Track expiring claims, renewal deadlines, and administrative requirements. - Provide land-related information to Resources, Operations, and Corporate Development teams. - Assist with preparing maps, summaries, and land packages for leadership and investors. - Help coordinate surveying, drilling access, cultural clearances, and environmental requirements. - Abide by all policies and procedures established by DISA. - Attend and participate in all required safety trainings. - Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.
