Role Description As an Employee Communication Consultant, you will be the account lead for clients with complex employee communication needs. You'll be knowledgeable about HR and employee benefits communication and comfortable creating and executing robust internal communication strategies. You will work closely with internal teams of writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to bring these strategies to life, developing everything from compelling emails and brochures to engaging games, videos, and powerful websites. Key Responsibilities - Craft and execute bespoke communication plans tailored to specific internal messaging requirements for a diverse client portfolio. - Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring partnerships with clients, team members, and external suppliers. - Produce and refine written materials, incorporate client revisions, and guarantee the final output is impeccable and aligns with the client's vision. - Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and outlines. - Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and financial plans. - Provide expert advice to clients regarding leading communication techniques and current developments in the field. - Juggle numerous projects concurrently, often under demanding deadlines. Qualifications - Five to ten years of internal communication/ employee engagement experience in employee benefits, human resources and communications, specifically in a consulting firm. - A proactive and independent work ethic. - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including crafting compelling content and delivering polished, confident presentations. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word. - The capability to adeptly manage priorities and complete assignments effectively when facing tight schedules. - A cooperative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-focused setting. - Availability for travel to client sites and the company's main office in Dallas when necessary.
