Senior Software Engineer, Ad Platform
Wurl
• Drive new monetization capabilities and optimize yield by interfacing with supply, demand, and distribution partners, validating feature requirements with customers and partners. • Lead cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Ad Operations stakeholders to develop and launch roadmap features across our advertising business unit. • Evolve high-availability infrastructure, automation, and monitoring processes to support global scale. Define, success metrics & KPIs and continuously support performance improvements. • Analyze inventory and demand performance to provide actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years managing product lifecycles, working closely with engineering and operational teams.
- 5+ years of deep technical experience with OpenRTB, VAST, and SCTE-35 ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of SSAI, SSP & DSP workflows, and processing data at scale in a high-availability framework.
- Proficient in translating complex data into visualizations and business decisions. Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar PM tools.
- Strong documentation skills, including workflow diagrams, product requirements and go-to-market plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
