Overview EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Account Executive. Reporting to the Construction Sales Territory Director, the Account Executive is responsible for achieving revenue and market share goals specific to the geography to which they are assigned. The AE will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and National Accounts to support programs and drive sales across all sub-verticals within the channel. This role covers the territory of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Montana, New Mexico, Alaska, and Hawaii. The ideal candidate will live near a major airport in Washingon, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona. Responsibilities - Create and collaborate on detailed quarterly business plans to meet and exceed goals and quotas. - Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting a client to securing a deal. - Manage a pipeline to accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Increase revenue by month by state and region; increase market share YoY measured quarterly. - Build strong relationships with local and regional sales reps within distribution and manufacturing partner companies. - Intimately know the culture of your region, i.e. local market trends, pricing, opportunities, weather, etc. - Support Regional Sales Manager by staying in constant daily communication about regional plans, strategies, clients, follow up, and implementations. - Leverage industry leading sales tech stack including Outreach.io, Gong.io, Highspot and much more. - Consistently document and manage sales activities in Salesforce. Qualifications - 3+ years of sales experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or prior EagleView system/product knowledge. Preferred - History of analyzing a territory to define prime target accounts and develop a consistent plan of engagement. - Experience with add-on sales and closing. - Knowledge of key sales techniques/methodologies and marketing practices. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain great customer relationships. - Ability to work with internal colleagues and customers in a professional team-oriented way. - Strong qualification skills, the ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problems. - A love of working in a fast paced, deadline and goal driven environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. - Cold calling experience a plus. - The ideal candidate will live near a major airport in Washingon, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona.
