General Description: This role is a key member of the Clinical Business Development Insights (CBDi) team within BeOne Medicines’ Global Commercial Strategy & Operations (GCSO), responsible for leading the company’s commercial competitive intelligence (CI) efforts across hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. The position partners cross-functionally with GCSO, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and to develop and execute BeOne’s commercial CI strategic plans. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates consultative stakeholder management experience, enabling effective collaboration and fostering strong relationships across departments. In addition, this role emphasizes strong communication skills to interpret complex scientific data and present findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives and cross-functional teams. The candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with various internal and external partners to drive consensus and alignment on strategic initiatives. Furthermore, the position will drive foundational landscape assessments for selected Protein Degradation and Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) initiatives to support BeOne’s expansion beyond oncology. This position also plays a central role in conducting continuous surveillance, conference monitoring, and in-depth landscape evaluations within the protein degradation field to help establish and strengthen BeOne’s leadership in this emerging therapeutic area. Essential Functions of the job: - Support Brukinsa global commercial CI efforts across US and EU markets and translate findings into actionable insights to help BeOne strengthen its hematology leadership. - Integrate secondary commercial CI to support Tevimbra launches in the US and EU. - Align intelligence priorities with key internal stakeholders to develop Key Intelligence Topics (KITs) and Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs). - Partner with external CI agencies to conduct primary and secondary research, including HCP/KOL interviews, medical conference and earnings call coverage, social and digital monitoring, and other ad-hoc assessments. - Maintain a centralized knowledge repository of KOL interactions and competitive marketing materials. - Monitor and assess emerging protein degradation technologies and the competitive landscape to help establish BeOne as a leader in the field. - Benchmark BeOne’s CDAC protein degradation platform against current and emerging degradation technologies and maintain an updated repository of competitive profiles. - Collaborate with BeOne’s Immunology & Inflammation (I&I) franchise to help broaden the company’s portfolio beyond oncology. - Demonstrate and uphold high standards of business integrity and professional ethics. Required Education: - B.S. required; Advanced degree in biological sciences, e.g., M.S., Ph.D. or Pharm.D., or MBA preferred.
