About the Role The Advanced Specialist, Geo Marketing plays a critical role in delivering high-impact U.S. marketing campaigns, working closely with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to ensure flawless execution across channels. This role owns day-to-day campaign activation — translating strategy into action, coordinating timelines, managing assets, and ensuring campaigns are launch-ready and optimized. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing campaign deliverables end-to-end, particularly during peak periods such as Back-to-School and other priority moments throughout the year. Key Responsibilities Campaign Development & Execution - Support the development and launch of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social channels. - Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready activation plans and assets. - Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure key milestones and launch dates are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Centers of Excellence teams to ensure campaigns align with global objectives and ways of working. - Collaborate with Product Marketing to incorporate local market insights and ensure messaging relevance. Agency & Asset Management - Work with creative agencies to manage asset development, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery. - Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists. Performance Tracking & Optimization - Monitor live campaign performance across channels and support optimization efforts. - Compile regular campaign reporting and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign insights and recommendations. Campaign Operations & Readiness - Manage QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes to ensure campaign readiness. - Maintain a centralized library of campaign assets, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency. Sales Enablement - Lead the creation and distribution of sales enablement materials including toolkits, presentations, product documentation, and case studies. - Develop tailored assets for key accounts and ABM campaigns to support targeted sales engagement. Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 5–7 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or integrated marketing roles. - Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Solid understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels. - Experience working with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CRM, CMS, project management tools). - Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. - Understanding of the U.S. Higher Education and K-12 markets, including sales cycles and B2B2C marketing models. Compensation: Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
