Lead Analytics Consultant
Aimpoint Digital
• Deliver data analytics projects independently • Build analytics products and applications following best practices • Enable organizations through training and coaching • Lead consulting teams (typically 1-3 people) through complex delivery work • Work with stakeholders across all levels of an organization to define project scope, establish priorities, and ensure alignment per project timelines • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic account growth • Contribute to pre-sales opportunities including defining scope and creating proposals • Lead and support internal initiatives that strengthen delivery operations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of data analytics and visualization experience
- Expert in data analysis, data visualization, and/or process automation with at least one of: Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, or Python
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
- 2+ years overseeing technical delivery and project management of data and analytics consulting project
- Experience working with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Databricks or Snowflake (plus)
