• Proactively track and follow up on operational items such as AR balances, collection status, and project forecasts with engagement teams. • Maintain visibility over consulting staff capabilities, availability, and utilization to optimize resource allocation. • Prepare and maintain dashboards, operational matrices, and regular reports tracking key KPIs. • Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and managing data using Excel. • Identify potential resource constraints or financial risks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement mitigating actions. • Conduct analyses on capacity utilization, staffing availability, and project performance to support informed decision-making. • Ensure accurate and timely updates in financial, performance, and resource management systems. • Provide guidance to project teams on financial management best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in financial planning, finance operations, preferably within consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Proven experience working across teams and functions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Quick to adjust to new challenges, priorities, and business needs.
