Job Description

Creative Marketing Manager

Veta Virtual

• Own High-Impact Creative Marketing as a Creative Marketing Manager! • Act as a second pillar in marketing execution — someone who brings strong creative taste, operational discipline, and the confidence to own work across paid media, social, UGC, and campaigns. • Play a central role in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed with consistency, quality, and speed. • Act as both an executor and creative gatekeeper, supporting growth objectives while protecting brand standards. • Create flexibility, redundancy, and resilience within the marketing function. • Make judgment calls, own deliverables, and collaborate across functions to bring ideas to life from concept through launch. • Execute and refine creative initiatives across paid ads, social media, UGC, and campaigns. • Own select marketing channels or campaigns from concept to launch. • Review, QA, and approve creative assets to ensure they meet brand and performance standards. • Collaborate with growth, creative, and leadership stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines. • Maintain consistency across messaging, visuals, and tone of voice. • Continuously improve workflows, execution quality, and creative output.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in a generalist or hybrid role
  • Proven experience in environments where you planned and executed, not just briefed or managed
  • Comfortable working across paid ads, social media, UGC, and campaign execution
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to execute independently
  • Experience “owning a channel” while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Bonus (not required): graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)

Benefits

  • Competitive monthly compensation in USD, based on experience
  • Fully remote role with long-term stability and growth opportunities along the way
  • Exposure to a premium, high-standard brand environment
  • A role with real ownership, influence, and creative responsibility
  • Hiring through Veta Virtual with structured support and transparency
