Marketing Specialist

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of tradeshows and events, including logistics, vendors, staffing, travel, and on-site coordination • Manage pre- and post-event marketing (invites, reminders, follow-up, lead handoff, and reporting) to ensure strong pipeline impact • Maintain and optimize marketing systems and day-to-day operations across tools like HubSpot and related platforms • Support light technical marketing ops, including workflows, automations, integrations, QA, and troubleshooting • Ensure data hygiene, consistent naming conventions, accurate reporting, and clean lead routing • Support paid campaign execution by assisting with build, launch, QA, trafficking, UTMs, pacing checks, and reporting • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in marketing execution and implement process improvements to support scale
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, GTM Operations, Demand Gen, or a similar execution-focused marketing role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot workflows, automations, lists, and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools (Intercom, Mixpanel, GA4, ZoomInfo, SmartReach, paid ad platforms).
- Experience planning or executing tradeshows, field events, or B2B events.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- High attention to detail, comfort with documentation, and a process-driven approach.
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with cross-functional coordination.
