The Role As the Escrow Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every interaction with SeedTrust leaves a lasting positive impression on our clients. The primary responsibility is to support the escrow department to ensure seamless and efficient operations. Responsibilities: - Serve as the welcoming face and voice of SeedTrust, providing exceptional customer service to all clients. - Act as a trusted advocate for our clients, addressing their inquiries, questions, and concerns - Respond to and address all customer service inquiries promptly, providing clear and accurate information to ensure a positive client experience. - Generate detailed reports for clients, intended parents, and surrogates as required, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties involved. - Resolve matters promptly and ensure clients feel valued and supported during all phases of their journey.. - Create new surrogacy escrow accounts for intended parents and surrogates. - Help clients become proficient with our system by guiding them through account setup, portal navigation, and connecting with the escrow team - Assist in email inbox maintenance and delegating tasks across team members.
