The Senior Manager, People Analytics – Strategic Workforce Planning plays a mission‑critical role in ensuring our organization stays ahead of the curve. In this high‑impact position, you’ll lead sophisticated analytics initiatives that fuel our talent strategies, inform executive decision‑making, and directly influence how we invest in our workforce today—and for the future. As a strategic leader in People Analytics, you will: - Lead Workforce Forecasting & Scenario Modeling. - Build, optimize, and scale analytical frameworks that forecast workforce supply and demand across key roles, capabilities, and business units. - Drive scenario modeling to support business growth, transformation efforts, workforce risk mitigation, and organizational redesign. - Advance Skills Intelligence & External Benchmarking. - Develop and maintain robust skills taxonomies to inform capability-building and talent strategies. - Leverage external labor market analytics and benchmarking sources to ensure our talent approach remains competitive and future focused. - Deliver Strategic Insights to Senior Leadership. - Translate complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for executives. - Partner closely with HR, People Business Partners, and business leaders to integrate workforce analytics into strategic planning and decision-making. - Elevate Analytics Maturity Across the Organization. - Lead initiatives to enhance predictive modeling, scenario planning, and data visualization practices. - Champion best‑in‑class analytics tools, methodologies, and storytelling approaches that elevate the way we understand and plan for our workforce. Required Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, people analytics, data science, or related fields. - Expert-level proficiency in advanced analytics (e.g., forecasting, regression, scenario modeling) using tools like Python, R, and SQL. - Demonstrated ability to distill complex analysis into strategic insights for senior leaders. - Strong command of data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel. - Bachelor’s Degree - Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, related quantitative discipline, or relevant equivalent years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications - Master’s or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. - Experience with skills intelligence platforms, labor market data, and external benchmarking. - Previous experience working in a large, complex, matrixed enterprise environment. - Familiarity with external data sources such as Lightcast or TalentNeuron. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. In this role, you’ll support three key objectives: increase sales efficiency and effectiveness, improve business processes and deal consistency, and standardize terms of deals while enforcing minimum contracting standards.
