We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is critical in generating new business opportunities and helping Active Network continue its growth in the SaaS space. As an SDR, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers, and delivering qualified leads to our Account Executive team. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of daily outreach. Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to engage with potential prospects. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, and other outreach efforts. Generate a minimum of 5 qualified cold call passes per month to the Account Executive team. Manage and track activities using CRM and sales engagement tools. Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Active Network’s product offerings and value propositions. Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Motivated self-starter with a team-oriented mindset. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach) is a plus. Global Payments Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. About this role: Our New Business Account Executive, LE GBS teams play a critical role in expanding Gartner’s presence across the global market. • Proactively makes outbound calls with assigned existing account base across multiple branch locations to engage and further develop sales opportunities • Works closely with decision makers to expand volume business by identifying, quoting, & converting sales on products not currently being purchased • Works with Motion customer service representatives on order entry, tracking, and other technical needs • Effectively partners and works across branch and division teams to ensure proper execution of customer needs • Diligently updates CRM, to stay current on account follow-ups and active quoting opportunities • Presents Ecommerce capabilities to all assigned accounts and trains customers on these tools as assistance is needed making it easy to do business • Performs other duties as assigned.
• Lead SDR execution across inbound and outbound to consistently hit meeting and pipeline targets. • Coach and develop SDR talent, including call reviews, outbound success tactics, objection handling, and performance management. • Translate marketing messaging and campaigns into SDR plays, including sequences, persona-specific talk tracks, and multichannel outreach. • Run the SDR operating cadence, including weekly performance reviews, pipeline coverage planning, and coaching loops. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Gen, PMM, RevOps, and Marketing Ops to align priorities, improve conversion, and create tight feedback loops. • Enforce process discipline and system hygiene, including CRM standards, lead follow-up SLAs, handoffs, and accurate attribution. • Build repeatable playbooks and iterate quickly as Lumos’ GTM motion evolves.
