As a thought leader in the data and database space, you will present at industry conferences, deliver content via blogs, white papers, podcasts, amongst other platforms, and collaborate with internal partners in product management and development to drive innovation. Responsibilities Pre-Sales Support -Conduct technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements. -Collaborate with strategic sales teams to tailor solutions to client needs. -Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical content. Client Engagement -Partner with clients to identify business challenges and align solutions to address them. -Act as a trusted advisor to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. -Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs and usage patterns. Thought Leadership and Evangelism -Represent Quest solutions at industry events, user groups, and trade shows. -Publish whitepapers, blogs, and technical best practices guides. -Deliver keynote presentations and participate in panels to establish credibility. Solution Architecture -Assist clients in designing optimal architectures for Quest solutions. -Recommend best practices for implementation, integration, and scaling. Team Collaboration -Provide feedback to product management on customer requirements and market trends. -Act as a bridge between sales, support, and product teams to streamline client solutions. -Mentor junior Sales Engineers within the organization. Market Analysis -Stay updated on competitive solutions and articulate the advantages of Quest products. -Understand and communicate emerging trends in Information and Systems Management.
